You're one meter away from a billboard. Scroll to step back.

Hi, I'm Joe, cofounder and CTO of Bilo.

We're building the layer every out-of-home campaign in the world will run through, and the AI agent on top of it that plans, books and measures them.

That's one billboard.

Booking it takes five or six weeks of calls, rate sheets and back-and-forth. In 2026.

Now multiply it.

Every point of light is another board, owned by a supplier who only sells their own, priced by whoever picks up the phone.

None of it is in a database.

So if you want to run a campaign, here's what happens:

  • You call every supplier, one by one.
  • Each of them pitches only their own boards.
  • Prices come back days later, if they come back at all.
  • The availability you were promised was true two weeks ago.
  • The ad goes up, and your proof is a photo someone sends you on WhatsApp.

The world's oldest ad medium still runs on spreadsheets and handshakes.

It's like this in every city, in every country.

Some markets are half-digitized. Most aren't at all.

Every ad medium has had this problem.

Display was this messy, until DoubleClick. Search, until Overture. Mobile, until AdMob. Each one got a single layer that all buying runs through.

Out-of-home is the oldest of them all. It never got one.

BILO

So we're building it.

One agent on top of every board in the world: it plans, prices, books, verifies and measures the campaign.

We're starting where there's nothing, the Middle East and Africa, because if it works there, it works anywhere.

This gets built once a generation.

Whoever built the layer for display, for search, for mobile, shaped that medium for decades. Out-of-home's is the last one left, and it's being built right now.

We're doing it agent-first, with a very small team. The work is as big as the problem: mapping supply nobody has ever mapped, and making buying the physical world as easy as buying a search ad.

If you want to spend the next few years on something this size, come build it with us.
